Child Endangerment

Child endangerment involves willfully inflicting or permitting unjustifiable physical pain or mental suffering on a child, causing injury or placing them in danger while under one's care.

A defendant is criminally negligent if they allowed the child to suffer, and a parent's actions must not be reasonable discipline to avoid liability.
