Drug Trafficking/Transportation and Distribution

Drug trafficking includes selling, furnishing, administering, giving away, transporting for sale, or importing a controlled substance with knowledge of its presence.

It is a felony, punishable by 3 to 9 years in county jail and fines up to $20,000.
