Drunk in Public

Public intoxication occurs when someone is willfully under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or a controlled substance in a public place, either unable to care for their safety or obstructing a public way.

It is a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 6 months in county jail and a $1,000 fine.
